A factory reset will remove all personalized settings on your speaker (including remembered Wi-Fi networks and Bluetooth connections). If you choose to perform a factory reset, you will have to set up the speaker from scratch afterwards.
On rare occasions, a factory reset may be recommended by Customer Support to solve a particular problem.
To perform a factory reset on your Zipp or Zipp Mini, hold the Nightingale and the power button on the back of your speaker simultaneously for 10 seconds.
The reset has initiated when the lights in the touch interface begin rotating clockwise. As soon as the reset has completed, the speaker will automatically enter setup mode.
