If your Zipp/Zipp Mini speaker is failing to respond to your commands it may be time to do a hard reset.
Follow these steps to hard reset your speaker:
- Make sure your speaker is powered ON
- Remove the power cable from your speaker
- Press and hold OFF/ON while you attach the power cable
- Let go of the OFF/ON button
Please note that a hard reset will not delete any settings on your speaker.
