Zipp/Zipp Mini - Hard reset

If your Zipp/Zipp Mini speaker is failing to respond to your commands it may be time to do a hard reset.

Follow these steps to hard reset your speaker:

  1. Make sure your speaker is powered ON
  2. Remove the power cable from your speaker
  3. Press and hold OFF/ON while you attach the power cable
  4. Let go of the OFF/ON button

Please note that a hard reset will not delete any settings on your speaker.
