When should be available a fix to the problem with the app in the Android system?
could you provide a link to download the application independantly of google playstore ?
I have android 5.1 and get that message. When will this be fixed and can a notice that it is fixed be sent to the email on this request?
Several days have passed and I still can't access the app. One of the comments about this appears to be from 5 months ago. This is getting old. I'd appreciate a direct response from Libratone support.
@jim about a year ago i ran into the same problem. I was running Android 7.something on a wileyfox swift 2x. The libratone support advised me to install there app from an apk instead of the play store. That workaround fixed it for me.
Installation procedure:
1. DownloadEnter http://www.libratone.com.cn/download/Libratone_APP.apk in an internet browser on your Android smartphone
2. When download is completed - press the downloaded file to start installation
3. You may see this notification "For security reasons your phone is set to block installations .." If so please click 'Settings'. In 'Unknows sources' toggle to allow and click 'OK'
4. When you see this notification 'Do you want to install Libratone App' then please click 'Install'
Hope it works for you
