On rare occasions the speaker can show up with "all lights on".
In this event, we recommend to unplug the power adapter from the speaker and to complete a full discharge of the built-in battery.
Speed up the discharge process by connecting an iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch to the speaker via an iOS USB charge cable.
Once the battery discharge is completed (all lights switched off), plug back in the power adaptor and press the logo button to power on the speaker.
At least for the Classic Zipp, draining the battery via USB is useless. The USB port is totally dead. Unless you have weeks to wait for the battery to drain, unscrew the bottom, take the electronics carefully out and disconnect the battery plug. Re-insert and you're back in business. Don't do this unless you're familiar with electronics.
