On rare occasions, a Factory Reset may be recommended by Customer Support to solve a particular problem.
A Factory Reset removes all setup- and personalized settings on your headphones - including existing Bluetooth connections.
If you choose to perform a Factory Reset, you will have to create a new Bluetooth connection between your smartphone and your headphones.
To perform a Factory Reset on your headphones, press and hold the Nightingale and the power On/Off button simultaneously. Keep the pressure until a side-to-side blinking signal occurs in the Touch Interface.
Your headphones are now Factory Reset and ready to be set up again.
Delete the existing Libratone Bluetooth pairing on your smartphone, and create a new Bluetooth connection. Read about Bluetooth setup here.
