A warranty claim is always made at the place of purchase, i.e. the company with which you, the consumer, have a contract. Kindly remember to present your proof of purchase at time of your claim.
If you have purchased at Libratone's Webshop, kindly complete email to us with as many details as possible. Remember to attach copy of your proof of purchase, and if possible, pictures of damage.
