On rare occasions, a Factory Reset may be recommended by Customer Support to solve a particular problem.
A Factory Reset removes all setup- and personalized settings on your speaker - including existing Bluetooth connections.
If you choose to perform a Factory Reset, you will have to set up the speaker from scratch afterwards.
To perform a Factory Reset on your GO speakers, press and hold the Nightingale and the power ON/OFF button simultaneously. Keep the pressure until a side-to-side blinking signal occurs in the Nightingale button.
The speaker is now Factory Reset and ready to be set up again.
Delete the existing Libratone Bluetooth pairing on your smartphone, and create a new Bluetooth connection. Read about Bluetooth setup here.
