Some end-users report that they are not able to connect their Zipp/Zipp Mini via Bluetooth after upgrading their computer to Windows 7, Windows 8 or Windows 10.
Error message example:
"The drivers for this device are not installed, Code 28"
The problems is related to the Bluetooth driver not being compatible with the new Windows version.
To solve this issue, we recommend that you visit your computer manufacturers website (Lenovo, Dell etc.) and search for a Bluetooth driver compatible with your new Windows version.
Upgrading the Bluetooth driver via Windows Update is not a solution.
